The Greek Golden Visa thresholds in force since 5 April 2024: EUR 800,000 in Athens and the larger islands, EUR 400,000 elsewhere, EUR 250,000 on two special routes - plus the single-property rule, the 120 m2 minimum and the ban on short-term rental.
